    These Terms of Service govern your use of LevelUp Yaad's digital growth and automation services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the services provided by LevelUp Yaad ('we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

    2. Service Description

    LevelUp Yaad provides digital growth and automation services including website design and management, social media management, AI chat and voice agent deployment, automated review funnels, local SEO, and e-commerce solutions. The specific scope of services provided to each client is defined in the applicable service agreement or package description.

    3. Recurring Subscriptions

    Monthly subscription plans (Foundation, Growth, and Full Suite) are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Billing occurs in advance for each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

    4. Project Scope

    Each service package has a defined scope as described on our Services page. Any work outside the agreed scope, including custom features, additional pages, or third-party integrations beyond what is included, may incur additional fees agreed upon in writing before work begins.

    5. One-Time Setup Fees

    The Website Only package ($397) is a one-time setup fee covering initial design and deployment. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or content changes after launch are not included and may be purchased separately or through a monthly plan.

    6. Software Licenses & Third-Party Tools

    Our services utilize third-party software, platforms, and AI providers. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables created for your business. Underlying third-party tools remain governed by their respective licenses and terms. You are responsible for any third-party subscription fees not included in your LevelUp Yaad plan.

    7. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, materials, and information required to deliver services. Delays in providing access or content may affect project timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy of content and information you provide to us.

    8. Payment Terms

    All fees are billed in USD. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically to your provided payment method. One-time fees are due before project commencement. Failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.

    9. Cancellation Policy

    To cancel a monthly subscription, notify us at support@levelupyaad.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. One-time projects may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment for a full refund; after work has commenced, refunds are issued at our discretion based on work completed.

    10. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for you, excluding third-party assets, templates, or licensed components. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    LevelUp Yaad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
